Hello, I’m Renita
I have spent much of my career helping organisations find the people they need and build the teams around them. Working across markets has taught me to pay close attention to context: a hiring process, a leadership habit or a way of communicating can work very differently from one team to another.
My experience includes leading global talent acquisition and employer branding at HRS Group, global recruiting at Testlio, and talent acquisition at Babbel. These roles brought me close to the decisions leaders face when ambition, growth and people’s expectations meet.
Through Honesta, I work with organisations on talent and leadership challenges, and with professionals who want to lead more deliberately or make a considered career move.
How I work
We start with your situation. What is happening? What have you already tried? What would need to change for the work to feel useful?
From there, we agree on a focus. In coaching, I help you examine your thinking and develop your own decisions. In advisory work, I bring relevant experience and recommendations. Being clear about the kind of support you need helps us use our time well.
Professional grounding
My development includes a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and CQ® facilitator certification from the Cultural Intelligence Center.
I also contribute to the wider people profession as a speaker, trainer and employer branding awards jury member. I have helped build communities including Recruitment Thursday, the Estonian HR Society and Cohorts.

I host Leadership Kitchen to explore how people lead when the decisions are difficult and the outcome is still uncertain. Those conversations reflect the curiosity I bring to my work with clients.
